Cute Pom Pom Craft

Today, I will be sharing how to make cute Pom Pom Rabbit and Bird. We all love cutie and fluffy soft toys irrespective of the fact that how old we are. So you will surly love these cuties and also they are so easy to make. Let us start with the procedure.

Procedure:

For this DIY, you will need some colorful yarns that is something which you can easily find in your home. First, I will tell you how to make Pom Poms. Take any color yarn ball and start wrapping it on your hands fingers for around 40-50 times. Don’t cut the yarn thread from the ball until you finish wrapping. Once done, cut the thread from yarn ball with scissor. Now cut another string from yarn ball. Slowly, slide your fingers out of the yarn coil and do so without disturbing the coil. Then immediately wrap the yarn string in the middle of the coil and tie knot at the center. You will have two loops across the knot opposite to each other. Now, cut both the loops with the scissor. Using scissor, trim the uneven strands of the Pom Pom to make a perfect round Pom Pom. Follow the steps in the image.

For making small pomp oms, use a fork and again wrap the yarn on it. Then tie a yarn string by wrapping from the bottom of the fork bring the thread from back to the front. This knot is made to hold the coil of yarn in place. Carefully slide the coil out of the fork and cut both the loops with scissor. Trim to get perfect round pom poms. You can use two or three fingers as well for making different size of pom poms. You can wrap as many yarn as you want there is no as such rule for it.

For making Pom Pom Rabbit, you will need three pomp oms of three different size. I have used two off white pomp oms and a small violet pom pom. Take two largest pomp oms out of three and join them using hot glue. Paste the smallest pom pom behind the largest pom pom and this will be the tail of the rabbit. Take any black pearl to make eyes of the rabbit and paste them in front of the second largest pom pom. Take a white plastic thread and wrap it around your four fingers for 3-4 times and then slide it out from the fingers. Cut its closed sides with scissors and insert this into any pearl. Tie a knot across pearl to hold it in place. Paste this pearl just below the eyes of the rabbit. Now for making ears of the rabbit, take one white sheet and pink sheet. Cut ear shaped piece out of both the sheets and stick them together. Paste them above the eyes to make ears of the rabbit

For making pom pom Bird, take two yellow pom poms- one small and one large. Paste them vertically with glue gun. Now paste two black pearl on the small pom pom to make eyes. Take a red sheet and cut a small square out of it. Roll the square to form a cone out of it and secure it with glue. Cut a small cone from the front with the scissor. Paste this cone below the eyes at the center of them to make the beak of the Bird.
