Papered: Pearl Pendant and Earrings

I am sharing something that I have tried for the first time. We will see how to make a Pearl Pendant Set with a paper. This set is made using quilling technique and it is too easy and creative.

Let’s look at the procedure:

Step 1: Take a few quilling strips around 6 to 7 strips. You can prepare them by yourself or you can use readymade strips. I have used the strips made at home. Then using a quilling tool, coil the strips by joining the ends of the strips with glue. Once done, remove the coil from the tool carefully using your fingers. Now using fingers, make a dome out of the coil as shown in the image.

Step 2: Take one quilling strip and coil it leaving hollow space in the middle. Now paste this coil at top of the dome of step 1. Follow the steps shown in the image.

Step 3: Color dome with a black marker and hook of the pendant with silver color. We are doing this to make base color of the pendant. Follow the image.

Step 4: Take some silver, golden, pink and blue colored pearls. Pearls must be of different sizes. Now paste them on the dome of pendant as shown in the image. Cover the entire pendant with pearls and paste these pearls in consecutive circles.

Step 5: Using Quilling technique, Prepare four coils of two sizes that must be smaller than the coil prepared for the pendant. Out of four coils, two must be of same size. Other two coils must also have same size but greater than the other two coils. Using your fingers, make a dome out of the two bigger coils. These four coils will make the earrings.

Step 6: Take two stud blank hooks and paste each of them on them on the smaller coil. Then paste these smaller coils on the bigger domes as shown in the image.
