Document Holder

Today we will see how to recycle a shoe box into a Bill Holder within minutes. This holder can be used to organize your desk and will make your important bills and papers more manageable. So let’s start with this innovative creation.

Take a shoe box of any size. For this DIY, take the bottom box of the shoe box. Draw a triangle at the center of the opposite sides of the box. Make sure that the triangles on both the opposite sides are exactly at the same place and also a vertex of the triangles must touch the base of the box. Cut both triangles with the scissor.

Now fold the box from the center such that the vertices of both the triangles touching the base lie on the folded edge. Follow the steps shown in the image.

Take any cardboard to make the open sides of the Holder. You can use the upper part (lid) of the shoe box here. Measure the open of the holder and cut a rectangle of the same size. You will need two rectangles to close the open sides of the holder. Place these rectangles on the open sides and secure them using a brown or any other tape.

Using this tape, now secure the sides and bottom of the bill holder. Take any decorative paper or chart and cut them by tracing all the sides of the holder. Once cut, paste them on the respective sides. This will give your holder a cool look.

You will no longer find your bills and important documents here and there as they will be secured in the creative Bill Holder.

Happy DIY!!
