Crunchy Chocolate Pancakes


The Post that I am sharing today is very special. I am sharing procedure for making a Chocolate Pancakes. Now you all must be wondering what is special about it. So let me tell you all that I have tried this on my mother’s birthday as a surprise to her. It turned out very nice and everybody loves it as this is yummy as well as healthy. Now it is healthy as it is made of wheat flour.



Following are the ingredients that are required for Pancakes:
  • Wheat  Flour 1 Cup
  • Milk  1 Cup
  • Melted Butter 2 tbsp
  • Melted Chocolate 1 Cup
  • Castor Sugar 3-4 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Butter Milk 4-6 tsp
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Baking Soda ½ tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Almonds and Cashew Nuts 1 Cup
Let us look at the process for making this delicious Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly we will prepare batter for the Pancakes. For this, take a large bowl and add all dry ingredients that are flour, Castor Sugar, Salt, Baking Soda and Baking Powder. Mix it properly.

Step 2: Next, add all other ingredients to the bowl that are Melted butter, Half of the Chocolate, vanilla essence, butter milk and lastly milk. Now mix it with a whisker properly. You batter is ready to cook pancakes.

Step 3: Put the pan on the flame and add butter to it. Then with the help a spatula, spread the pancake batter on the pan and let it cook on medium flame till the surface on both the sides turn slightly golden in color. Cook 7 to 8 pancakes following the same procedure.

Step 4: Now chop the almonds and cashew nuts roughly. Put another pan on the flame and dry roast the chopped almonds and cashew nuts.

Step 5: Stack all the pancakes in a plate. Then spread melted Chocolate evenly all the over the pancakes. Garnish with roasted almonds and cashew nuts. Your Wheat Pancakes are ready to eat.
