Decorated Letter Home Decor

Decorating our home is something that we all love doing. I have shared quite a few Home Décor ideas that you can check anytime on the blog. Today, I am again going to share an amazing idea of home décor that is Decorated Letters. This DIY is so much fun to make and play as you can customize it as per your desire. Let’s get stared!!

Take an old magazine and tear its front and back cover. If you don’t have magazine then you can a cardboard for this step. Draw any letter of your choice on one of the magazine cover and cut it out using scissor. Do the same with other cover as well but make sure that letters must be exactly same on both the covers. Now join both the letters with glue.

Take some newspaper and divide a sheet of newspaper into small strips. Roll each strip to make a thin tube that we will use to cover the letter. You will need a lot of paper tubes so be ready with them. Now start pasting these tubes on the letter and make sure you cover the whole letter with it. At end apply glue all over the tubes pasted and let it rest.

Next, cut the excess part of tubes with the scissor. Your letter is mostly ready and now color the letter with any color. You can use combination of colors like I have used or can do one color as well. Decorate the letter with anything that is available with you. I have pasted a handmade rose and some pink white beads. You can think as many ideas of decorating it. Lastly, paste a yarn string at the back of the letter to make it hanging. Your Decorated Letter Home Décor is ready!!
